About Snap...

Snap is a premier web-based service to connect people. At present and for the near future, our listings are limited to properties for rent. We provide an impartial Snap-shot of the leasing market with the intention of making a property search as simple and convenient as possible.

Who does the listing?

Snap staff members visit, collect data, and photograph properties on behalf of landlords. Exclusive agents can either choose to use this service, or upload and manage their own listings directly via the internet.

Does Snap display property addresses and landlord contact information?

In the case of exclusively managed properties, yes. The agent and/or the property address is displayed to all visitors, along with the agents' logo and a link to their website if they have one.

In the case of privately listed, or non-exclusive agent-listed properties, users simply need to contact Snap to arrange a viewing. To arrange a viewing, simply 'Save' any properties you are interested in (by following the 'Save' link displayed by the property), and then from the 'Saved Properties' page, follow the 'Arrange Viewings' link.

How does Snap use personal data uploaded to the website?
