Using Snap to find a property...

Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date, dynamic, and user-friendly property rental information available. By way of our detailed, pictorial, and searchable listings, you can quickly check for any properties that suit your needs. We add and remove properties on a daily basis, so keep checking back for updated information, or simply set up a Snap Alert to be automatically informed when a new property is added that matches your requirements.

Are all the properties listed on the Snap website still available for rent?

We only display properties that are available now, or which will be available shortly and are already open for viewings. If we know a property is no longer available it will not be displayed. It is possible that a property displayed on the website as available for rent has been taken off the market and we have not yet been informed of this.

Can Snap arrange property viewings for me?

Yes! We try to make your property search as simple as possible. We'll arrange viewings, provide any advice regarding a specific property or location, negotiate on your behalf with your landlord, or indeed provide any other advice or respond to any other questions you might have concerning a property lease. Our aim is to make your property search as simple and trouble-free as possible.

How do I arrange a visit to a property I like?

Simply follow the 'Save' link next to any properties you'd like to visit, and then from your 'Saved Properties' page, follow the 'Arrange Viewings' link to submit your request to us. We'll then re-check availability with the landlords, and contact you to find a convenient time for you to visit.

How does Snap treat personal data such as my e-mail address?

Snap does not give or sell any personal information to any third party. Personal information is stored on our secure database servers, and not kept on any office computers. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
